Birthday Step Card...

Hi - this is a card that I made for my 9 year old nephew. It was not what I originally planned to make but I ran out of time but still wanted something different. It is certainly a lot plainer than the original card idea but in the end I was really really happy with it. I was also going to use all different bright boyish colours but I'm really glad I didn't as I think the simplicity of the design lends itself more to the monochromatic tones.

I am loving these step cards at the moment since making the ones at Chrissy time, but this is my first one since then. You may see a few more in the near future LOL unless I find another fancy idea that I get hooked on.

Hi Debbie I tried to leave a comment twice yesterday but for some reason it wouldn't let me.
